Carol graduated from the prestigious Coaches Training Institute, and is also a member of the International Coach Federation. In 2005 Dreams 4 Life coaching was founded by Carol Castello to work with exceptional individuals, and groups to create more productive and fulfilling lives while staying balanced.

Coach Carol has extensive experience mentoring and working with teenagers and young adults from diverse backgrounds. Through volunteering as a big sister at the Catholic Children's Aid Society and helping with the Martin Luther King Jr. committee, also has had a challenging job as a youth centre director and social service worker for several years in the past. Carol has gained a lot of joy working with teenagers and young adults. She has seen the great potential they possess and realizes that due to many circumstances sometimes their potential is not reached.

Coach Carol combines a wealth of corporate experience along with life experiences into her own unique coaching style. Carol left her challenging corporate career in the insurance industry were she worked In the life, personal and commercial divisions for 7 years in different positions. She is well aware of the corporate demands, and pressures young business professional employees wanting to move up the corporate ladder encounter. Carol understands that it takes exceptional Organizational, communication and leadership skills in order to be one step above the rest.

Carol has gained valuable leadership and life experiences through traveling to mainland China in 2004 for a month were she was able to indulge and learn about the Chinese culture. Carol was given an opportunity to teach English and also use coaching techniques with a class of teenagers and an adult class which was a phenomenal experience. In 2005 Carol traveled to Ghana Africa with the Kay Morris Foundation on a mission trip to provide medicine to help fight HIV/aids and other diseases plaguing the country. As a result of visiting a refugee camp, children's orphanage and seeing the hardship of many people on the mission trip it opened Carol's mind to embracing a different way of living. These experiences have enhanced her understanding of human nature. Carol is also a member of the Business professional women's club which trains women to become leaders in their community.

Coach Carol has a love for helping people, and seeing people reach their goals in life as this is one of her passions. She truly believes "dreams can come true". In Carol's spare time she enjoys going to movies, attending theatre productions, traveling to exotic places, reading, doing adventure sports, and spending time with family and close friends.
